综采工作面初采调斜与过断层回采技术

摘要: 陈四楼煤矿21004综采工作面地质条件复杂,受其影响,工作面呈不规则布置且回采过程受到断层等地质条件的影响,21004综采工作面采用初采调斜和直接割煤、强行截割围岩及工作面不等长布置跳采等过断层技术,在实现安全生产的同时加快推采速度,保证了复杂地质条件下工作面产量平稳,提高资源采出率,并积累了丰富的安全生产经验。

Abstract: In complicated geological conditions of more fault structure, under its influence, the fully mechanized coal face irregular arrangement, stoping process is also accompanied by safety, technical and economic issues, such as the efficiency of full mechanized face equipment is restricted, advance speed slow, security risks, efficiency of mining and recovery coefficient low. Chensilou coal mine 21004 fully mechanized working face by primary slope adjustment and through a variety of over-fault technology to ensure the production of complex geological conditions, and has accumulated rich safety production experience. Based on analysis and summary the technology of stoping process , and provides a good reference example under the similar condition of coal bed mining, with a high reference value.
